Operational Support
ULCC has preferred routes for support for each of our services, selected to allow us to provide support effectively and efficiently as possible. However, all our support arrangements are backed up by the ULCC Operations Desk.
ULCC Operations Desk
The ULCC Operations Desk is staffed between 08:30 and 17:30 and also acts as a backup for problem reporting for all ULCC services. Contact operations@ulcc.ac.uk or 020 7862 8111.
University of London
Support for the Central University of London staff is provided by the Service Centre which can be contacted on 020 7862 8111 or service@london.ac.uk. Please see the IT support pages on the University of London Intranet for further online support information.
Support for students using the Student Wide Area Network (SWAN) is available 10:00 - 12:00 Monday, 14:00 - 16:00 Wednesday and 10:00 - 12:00 Friday on 020 7862 8092.
ADSL Customers
We are unable to give support to wireless or pc related problems. If you suspect that there is a fault with your ADSL service, please check this document before contacting the ULCC Operations Desk.

National Data Repository
If your site is a user of the National Data Repository, you can report problems via the email address enquiries@ulcc.ac.uk. Where this is not possible, calls be be placed via the ULCC Operations Desk.
NDAD
Problems of all kinds with NDAD - whether you are a user or a depositor - can be reported via email, telephone fax or post to NDAD support. Contact details are available on the NDAD contacts page.
JISC RSC for London
The JISC RSC for London provides e-learning advice for FE, HE and ACL learning providers in the Greater London Region. Please get in touch through the contact page on their web site.
Websites
Support for web customers is available by e-mailing spider@ulcc.ac.uk. For urgent problems, or in cases where email cannot be used, support calls may be placed via the ULCC Operations Desk. Documentation for website customers is available online. You will find many of your questions are answered in the online manuals.
VLE Service
Support for customers of our VLE service (using the Moodle software) is available by emailing moodle-support@ulcc.ac.uk. For urgent problems, or in cases where email cannot be used, support calls may be placed via the ULCC Operations Desk.
